How do I pay for my order?
After you send your order, we confirm it on WhatsApp and share our payment details. You can pay by M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas (Tigo Pesa), Airtel Money, bank transfer, or cash when you pick up. Please don't pay before we confirm.
How long does production take?
Most standard jobs are completed within 1–5 working days. Large signage, vehicle wraps and bulk orders may take longer, and we'll give you a clear date with your quote.
Do you deliver outside Arusha?
Yes. We deliver throughout Tanzania using trusted courier and bus parcel services. Delivery within Arusha town is TZS 5,000.
Can you add my logo to products?
Absolutely. Most items in our shop can be branded by engraving, embroidery, printing or embossing. Add a note when ordering, and we'll ask for your logo file on WhatsApp.
Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes. We handle both small and large-volume orders for businesses, schools, hotels, NGOs and government institutions, and offer better prices for bulk.
Do you provide graphic design?
Yes. Our team designs logos, flyers, brochures, business cards, packaging, signage and company profiles. Custom orders include a free proof before printing.
